‘Building Your Integrative Team’ on June 17th will introduce you to the key complementary and integrative therapies available, what they offer, where to find them and how relevant and feasible they are for you. The speakers we have invited will provide simple, practical takeaway tips and exercises so you can get a feel for what your support team might look like. We even have a holistic chef providing time and energy saving tips, and hosting a live cook-along at lunchtime.

Most importantly, we help you to take those first steps in putting your own team together, to provide the resources you need to help you with the issues you face.
