About Albion in the Community
Albion in the Community (AITC) is the official charity of Brighton and Hove Albion Football Club. One of the many programs that we run is 'Brighter Outlook'. The goal of this program is to offer free physical activity & nutritional advice to those living with and beyond cancer. It is a 12 month program, during which time you will be assigned a 'Physical Activity Coach' to provide you an individualised support and group classes to help people to prepare for, cope better with and recover from cancer treatments
